The problem with that, I only receive one email per day in the morning. Instead, she ignored my return request and would ask me to try a few troubleshooting steps. Tried to return the item and pay a restocking fee. Went back to talk with customer service again and they were of no help. Seemed like it was working but as soon as I tried to do a print, fails to extrude the filament. Once I replaced the hot ends with new ones, did the whole cal along with cal print. Took about a month to get the replacements in. Snapmaker did send me a pair of replacement hot ends at no cost but I bought a pair as another backup. When I contacted customer support, their excuse was to blame a bad batch of hot ends. From the beginning, the left hot end clogged and I couldn’t fix it. It’s almost a year now that I’ve owned it and have yet to get one decent print from it. I own 3 Bambu Lab printers and never had an issue with them.Īs for the J1 from Snapmaker, I pulled the trigger and bought one. ![]() First off, I did lots of research looking for a new printer. ![]()
